• The minimum educational qualification is (10+2) class passed or in equivalent with 12 years of schooling with Biology group with 45% marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
• The minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
• Candidate shall be medically fit.

Admission Procedure:

Application form & prospectus can be obtained from the Principal, School & college of Nursing CMTC, Marutal Damoh (M.P.) on a cash payment of Rs........ and  for registered post through Demand Draft of Rs........ in favour of “Academy of Nursing CMTC Damoh (M.P)” {Do not send “Money Order”}

Entrance Test:

• The selection of the candidate shall be based on entrance examination and personal interview conducted by the selection committee. The entrance exam will include multiple choice question on subjects cited above and general knowledge.
• Selection will be made on the basis of merit prepared by the marks obtained in the entrance examination & personal interview.

Enrollment:

At the time to the said course,candidate will have to pay prescribed fee towards enrollment as the student of Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur. (M.P.). and submit all certificate as required by the university from time to time.

Commencement of the Course:

The course will commence in the month of July every year.

Medium of Instruction:

English is the medium of instruction.

University Examination:

All students shall be required to attend the regular classes of the courses. Candidates must have minimum 80% attendance (irrespective of the kind of absence) in the theory & Practical in each subject for appearing for university examination during each  academic year. The procedure of examination will be in the form of terminals, half yearly, pre-university followed by university examination every year.

A candidate must have 100% attendance in each of the practical areas before award of degree.

Uniform:

The Candidate admitted for studies are required to wear the uniform approved by the institution.

Vacations:

Winter vacation - 15 Days.
Summer Vacation - 30 Days.
“No extra leave will be granted during the training except the prescribed leave”.
